Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans
The MSGP requires facilities covered under Sector P of the permit to develop best management practices to address special environmental concerns that are associated with repairs and maintenance of fleet vehicles and equipment. SWPPPs must include descriptions of the measures taken to minimize pollution from activities like material storage, transfer, handling, and storage of waste fluids, battery storage, fueling, and other activities related to repair and maintenance of fleet vehicles.
- Water Action can help you understand how to develop the required SWPPP,
- Help you revise an existing SWPPP, or
- Develop an entire facility-specific SWPPP meeting all the requirements of the MSGP
